Impact Knockouts Power Rankings | August 2019

Check out Jay’s power rankings for the Impact Wrestling Knockouts for August 2019.

These are power rankings mostly based on recent wins and losses. We will update this every month or so, hope you enjoy.

#8 is Su Yung

Su lost the war with Rosemary but seems to have recovered and is now going after Havok. She was part of the awesome KO Monster’s Ball match at Slammiversary. A win over Havok could quickly get things turned around.

#7 is Kiera Hogan

Kiera recently turned heel and has been working with and against Madison Rayne. I love the new character and the fact she’s getting more TV time. Kiera defeated Madison last month, a few more wins and I think Kiera will quickly move up these rankings.

#6 is Madison Rayne

Madison lost to Kiera last month but more recently picked up a win at Unbreakable over Ayoka Muhara. And another win on the latest Impact against Alexia Nicole.

#5 is Rosemary

Rosemary has had a really tough year. Losing Allie, getting injured, murdering a bunch of undead bridesemaids, etc. She hasn’t had a lot of matches, but she did win the war with Su Yung. Also won with Jordynne at Bash at the Brewery and had a great showing at Slammiversary. Similar to Tessa, I could see Rosemary back in the title picture at anytime.

#4 is Jessicka Havok

Havok recently defeated Madison and Taya at Fallout. Also Viva Van and Johnny Bravo at Star Struck, and Bravo again on Impact. A count out win over Taya got her a title match on Impact, which she won by DQ when Su Yung interfered. I think she could get another title shot soon, or have a long feud with Su.

#3 is Jordynne Grace

Jordynne defeated Madison and Kiera in a great match on the Impact after Slammiversary. Along with Rosemary, she defeated Havok and Su Yung at Bash at the Brewery. She pinned Madison Rayne at Star Struck and also won at Unbreakable along with Petey Williams and Scott Steiner. As of right now, I think Jordynne is a good bet to be the next KO Champion.

The #2 spot is Undeniable, Tessa Blanchard

Tessa recently headlined the Unbreakable show on Impact Plus. Only losing to Sami Callihan due to oVe’s interference, after another great match between them. Before that she won the Mash-Up tournament, along with Sami. Last weekend she won the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship at Triplemania. She’s been wrestling inter-gender matches recently, but I think she could jump right back in the KO title picture at any moment.

#1 is the KO Champion, Taya Valkyrie

Taya’s held the Knockouts Championship for basically all of 2019, so this one is simple. She won the KO Monster’s Ball match at Slammiversary. This week on Impact she lost by DQ to Havok, but held on to the title. I think her character work has been better then ever, and I wouldn’t be surprised if she held the title post BFG.
