Paramount Plus released a first look trailer for their upcoming “Halo” series during last night’s awards show. The new live-action series is based on the blockbuster first-person shooter video game franchise. “Halo: The Series” will stream on Paramount Plus, exclusively in 2022.

Dramatizing an epic 26th-century conflict between humanity and an alien threat known as the Covenant, Halo the series will weave deeply drawn personal stories with action, adventure and a richly imagined vision of the future.
