This year’s BFG was an awesome show filled with great matches and moments (Uncle Rhino & all the new champs). I liked each title change (IInspiration, Trey, Jordynne, Josh & Moose), except Deonna losing. But I’m a Deonna mark, I guess it could set up some interesting stuff and Mickie’s a deserving legend that can still go.
I’m guessing many fans won’t like Moose cashing in and beating Josh in front of his family like that. But I did and think it just made Moose a much more hated heel and Josh an even bigger, more sympathetic babyface.
Combine all that with the ongoing incredible, yet somehow underrated NJPW relationship and it’s a really fun time to be an IMPACT fan.
