International Mystery Thriller “The Head” to Premiere on HBO Max in U.S

HBO Max today announced a U.S premiere date, released key art and an official trailer for the acclaimed international mystery thriller “The Head”

“The Head” is directed by Jorge Dorado (“The Pier, “Mindscape”) and premieres February 4, 2021, exclusively on HBO Max. Check out the synopsis and more below for the six-episode survival thriller from HBO.

“Set in an isolated and inaccessible Antarctic research station in which winter has fallen on the South Pole, and the sun will soon disappear for the next six months. A small team, known as the Winterers, will remain at the Polaris VI Antarctic Research Station to continue their innovative research, a crucial part in the fight against climate change, under the command of renowned biologist Arthur Wilde (John Lynch).

But when spring comes, summer commander Johan Berg (Alexander Willaume) returns to the station only to find the entire team are either dead or missing. A killer is on the loose, and Annika (Laura Bach), Johan’s wife, is missing. If he wants to find her alive, he will have to trust Maggie (Katharine O’Donnelly), the young doctor who is profoundly shaken and apparently the sole survivor from the group… or, is there someone else?

We started this calendar in 2018 with pro wrestling events, then added some other live sports and entertainment events. The goals were to help sell live tickets for all kinds of events and help fans finds events and tickets easier. Then the virus happened and live events stopped for a while, so we had to change things up. We’ve since added and will continue to add, many televised events. Such as upcoming guests on morning, daytime and late night television shows. As well as listings and promos and more for many diff tv shows. You can find all of those and much more on our calendar. Recently live events have started happening again, and we’ve gone back to adding those. Most live events have ticket links, venue information, dates and times. But some events have more, and some have a lot more and are basically event previews. It depends on the information available at the time we post the event and if we are able to update that event, etc. Some days have one to three events and some have over twenty on the same day. So you may have to click the link at the bottom to see more on certain days.
