DraftKings DFS showdown tournament picks for Saturday (April 3, 2021) night’s NBA game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Sacramento Kings
Welcome all, I’m back with more NBA DFS (Daily Fantasy Sports) DraftKings showdown tourney picks. The (31-17) Bucks head to the Sacramento to take on the (22-27) Kings at 10PM ET tonight (April 3rd) airing on NBA League Pass. Check out the latest line below and then on to the picks.
Latest line has the Bucks -6 & the Over/Under is 239 points. If I were a betting man, I’d take the Bucks and the Under.
Milwaukee Bucks at Sacramento Kings DraftKings Showdown Captain Pick
Richaun Holmes, Kings PF/C (DK $8,000)
Holmes was really great in March with 10 double-doubles in 14 games. He only had 11 pts & 7 rebs vs the Lakers last night, but he should bounce back here. He’s scored over 45 DK FPTS five times in his last 11 games (avg 33.2 DK FPPG this season).
Utility/Value Picks
De’Aaron Fox, Kings PG ($9,600)
Fox had a rough game vs the Lakers but he’s scored over 49 DK FPTS in seven out of his last 14 games. Including two games where he scored above 60 DK FPTS (He’s avg 43 DK FPPG this season).
Bryn Forbes, Bucks PG/SG ($2,400)
Forbes has been seeing a nice amount of minutes lately and has scored at least 10 FPTS in nine of his last ten games. He’s averaging a solid (for his price) 14 DK FPPG over that time.
Chimezie Metu, Kings PF/C ($1,400)
Metu has played at least 13 minutes in each of the last five games. Averaging a solid (again for his price) 13 DK FPPG over that time.
The Big Fade
Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bucks PF/C ($11,400)
Giannis is coming off an incredible game last night vs Portland, but he’s had some duds recently (by his standards). He’s averaging over 57 DK FPPG this season but was held below 47 DK FPTS in his previous four games. This the 2nd of a back-to-back and the Bucks haven’t played back-to-back games in over a month. It’s always scary fading him, but this is a spot I might do it.
Update- Giannis has been announced as doubtful for tonight’s game.
This is a new thing I’m trying out. Simply which of the top priced players I’d consider fading in a tourney.
Disclaimer Thing- I’m no expert, I’m not even a writer. But I enjoy doing these and sometimes I get things right.
