Draftkings Tournament picks for the 2020 PGA Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club
The 2020 Masters begins this Thursday, November 12th and ends on Sunday, November 15th. Tiger Woods was the 2019 winner, he’s won the event 5 times.
PGA DraftKings 2020 Masters Top Tournament Picks
Rory McIlroy (DK $10,200)
Based on salaries and recent play, I think Rory will be one of the lowest owned top players. He finished 8th at both the U.S Open & Tour Championship with nothing else inside the top 10 since March. But he’s been great here, finishing top 10 in five out of his last six trips, including a 4th & 5th.
Webb Simpson ($9,300)
Simpson has been incredible lately, with 6 straight top 20 finishes and 3 in the top 10. He finished T5 here last year, T20 in 2018 and only missed one cut in his last 5 trips.
Bubba Watson ($9,000)
Watson has been a roll with two straight top 10 finishes (4th at Zozo & 7th at Shriners). He won the Masters in 2012 and 2014, more recently he finished T12 last year and T5 in 2018.
Paul Casey ($8,000)
Casey has made 8 out of his last 9 cuts, with a 17th at the U.S Open and 2nd at the PGA Championship. He missed the cut here last year, but finished T15 in 2018. And before that, he finished in the top 10 here for 3 straight years (6th in 2017, 4th in 2016 and T6 in 2015).
DraftKings 2020 Masters Tournament Value Picks
Kevin Kisner (DK $7,100)
Kisner’s most recent finish was a 14th at the Zozo. He missed the cut at the U.S Open but had a streak of 6 straight finishes in the top 25 leading into that. He’s made the cut in his last four trips here, T21-T28-T43-T37.
Francesco Molinari ($6,700)
Molinari returned from a long break in October at Shriners, where he missed the cut. But last week he finished 15th at Vivint and he’s been good here. He finished 5th at the Masters last year, T20 in 2018 and T33 in 2017.
Rafa Cabrera Bello ($6,600)
He’s been inconsistent all year and missed his last two cuts, which should keep his ownership really low. But he had a nice finish (23) at the U.S Open in September. Plus, he’s made 3 of his last 4 cuts here, best being a T17 in 2016.
Adam Hadwin ($6,500)
Hadwin has missed just 1 out of his last 14 cuts. But he only had 3 top 30 finishes in there. He’s played the Masters twice, finishing T24 in 2018 and T36 in 2017.
