The 75th Annual Tony Awards on CBS

The Antoinette Perry “Tony” Award, which was founded by the American Theatre Wing in 1947, is bestowed annually on theatre professionals for distinguished achievement on Broadway. The Tony is one of the most coveted awards in the entertainment industry and the annual telecast – the night America watches Broadway – is considered one of the most prestigious programs on television.

*Paramount+ Premium subscribers will have access to stream live via the live feed of their local CBS affiliate on the service as well as on demand. Essential-tier subscribers will have access to on-demand the day after the special airs.

THE TONY AWARDS are produced in collaboration with Tony Award Productions, a joint venture of the Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing, and White Cherry Entertainment. Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss are executive producers for White Cherry Entertainment. Weiss will serve as director.

DiscussPW is a mix of Pro Wrestling and Entertainment. The site was started in 2016 and has gone though many changes over the years. Our main focus was events and tickets, but then the pandemic happened. We had to mix things up and will now be doing a lot more news. Events will still be covered, just as news instead of on a calendar. This site had an extensive events calendar, which we have moved away from. Pro wrestling has always been our main thing, we also do a lot of entertainment though. For example, we post movie trailers, tv previews and other kinds of news. We have a few discussions but strongly encourage comments on all of our posts. Be sure to keep things civil while commenting. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us above.
